The Radisson Blu Hotel & Spa Sligo are currently recruiting a Sous Chef to join our progressive and talented kitchen team.
 
In this highly responsible position you will assist the Executive Chef & Head Chef in monitoring standards, cost control, stock rotation and general efficiency of our busy kitchens.
 
You will hold particular responsibility for the award winning, AA-Rosette Classiebawn Restaurant and Waves Bar.
